Photo-manipulation.

This depicts a Captain in the U.S. 101st Airborne 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment ("Screaming Eagles") on D-Day of WWII, fighting through the bocage or "hedgerows" in occupied Normandy, France. Shortly after Pearl Harbor was attacked, British Prime Minister Winston Churchill was noted to have said in anticipation of U.S. involvement, "We have won the war!" The United States soon after began a war on two fronts against the Imperial Japanese and in this case, Germany and the National Socialist German Workers’ Party (Nazi's) under Adolf Hitler.
